I often hear from my customers: ‘You ask good questions’ or ‘We hadn’t thought about it that way before’. With this systemic approach, I quickly succeed in reducing complexity and getting those involved to start shaping the process. The ‘people side of change’, i.e. dealing constructively with emotions, plays a crucial role in this.
