The path to change: our 5-step model

Our transformation projects run through five flexible phases, which do not follow a strict chronological order but are designed in dynamic loops. The starting point is always on the first stage, while the process is flexibly adapted.

1. Analysis

In the first step, we analyse the corporate strategy, the attitude of the stakeholders and the need for support. In doing so, we take into account the most important contextual factors. Together with the customer, we develop a clear understanding of the challenges and define the necessary change measures.

2. Planning

On the basis of the analysis results, we develop a vision for the organisational development. In doing so, we create a change architecture that takes full account of the change context, the needs of the stakeholders and the project goals.

3. Realisation

We implement the project planning and change architecture, taking into account the specific needs of the various target groups. All value-adding change management measures are deployed. The process is continuously analysed and adapted in iterative cycles.

4. Evaluation

We monitor, analyse and reflect on progress and adapt our approach to changing conditions and new challenges. This is how we continuously learn and ensure success.

5. Stabilisation

The changes are embedded in such a way that they become part of everyday working life and can be sustained without external input.
